Since 1980
Bartec Fire Safety Systems has been providing fire safety services to
British Columbian's,
the Lower Mainland, Sea to Sky area, and the Fraser Valley Region. In
2001 we opened our Vancouver Island branch and in 2003 we expanded to
Ontario with our latest office in the Toronto area.

Bartec’s success is attributed to a solid foundation of
commitment to customer service. Our pledge to our clientele is “long
term, quality, fire safety care.”
The staff at Bartec is dedicated to providing the highest quality
service to our customers with a focus on supplying quality products at
competitive pricing. In 1999 three of our customers, nominated us for
the “Ethics In Action Award.”

We are able to provide
our clientele with a total service and repair package. We deliver
extensive service and detailed inspections of your fire safety
equipment.
Continuing in our tradition of leadership in the fire safety industry,
Bartec has implemented the use of tablet computers with our own
inspection software. From the job site we are able to review previous
service and inspection reports increasing the efficiency of our
technicians. Upon completion of the work all service and inspection
reports are sent to the office electronically, ensuring this
information reaches our customers in a timely manner.
In the beginning of 2003 Bartec Fire
Safety Systems began using “Viewsonic’s Tablet PC V1100” and Telus
Mobility’s (“1X”) network that enabled the technicians to transmit
their inspection reports and work orders directly from the job site
back to Bartec’s database over the mobile internet in real time.
Since being one of the first companies to use this technology in the
field, Bartec has been featured in articles in the National Post,
Network World Canada, Canadian Contractor and Small Business
Technology Magazines.
